About Me

Congolese by origin, born and raised in South Africa and having lived in several other African countries, I am a person who who cherishes the built environment like a child cherishes a blankie or a cape they won't take off. I have experienced the built environment to serve not only as a place of security but a form of storytelling. The places that I have experienced have the people written all over the walls. Their culture and personhood pouring from the ceiling. I am someone whose vocation is to tell the untold stories.
